For those who want to prepare thoroughly and value continuous support throughout pregnancy and birth.

Includes:

  • 1 complimentary introduction meeting (online or in person)

  • 1 intake session (online or in person)

  • 1 birth plan & optimal fetal positioning, birthing positions, and practical tools session

  • 1 birth massage & partner support, postpartum prep session

  • Unlimited phone and email contact throughout the entire pregnancy

  • Handouts with exercises, tips, and information

  • 24/7 on-call availability from week 38 until birth

  • Continuous support during labour, from the active phase until a few hours after the birth

  • 1 postnatal session (approx. 1.5 hours) at your home

Strong Support

For those who want to go deeper in their preparation and seek extra support during pregnancy.

Includes:

  • Everything from the Support Package

  • 1 partner session – a dedicated session with your (birth) partner only

  • 1 dedicated postpartum preparation session before birth

  • Unlimited phone and email contact throughout pregnancy

  • Handouts with exercises, tips, and information

  • 24/7 on-call availability from week 38 until birth

  • Continuous support during labour, from the active phase until a few hours after the birth

  • 1 postnatal session (approx. 1.5 hours) at your home

  • Free use of a TENS machine from week 36

For women who, in addition to birth support, want guidance in navigating the transition to working motherhood.

Includes:

  • Everything from the Strong Support Package

  • 3 additional postpartum sessions focused on energy management, balance, and new responsibilities

  • Coaching on returning to work: practical strategies and personalised guidance

  • Flexible contact moments during the first 3 months after birth

Quick Support

For single mothers. Because every woman deserves support, especially when doing it on her own.

Includes:

  • Same structure as the Support Package

  • Additional focus on practical and emotional guidance tailored to single mothers

  • Handouts with exercises, tips, and information

Add-on:
Postpartum Support

€450

Three additional 2-hour home visits during the first 12 weeks after birth.

Additional individual postpartum visits can also be booked for €175 per 2-hour session.

These visits are shaped around what you need at that moment and may include:

  • Space to talk through how you are doing and adjusting to life with your baby

  • Practical guidance and reassurance around the early postpartum period

  • Feeding and newborn questions

  • Supporting you as partners as you find your new rhythm as a family

  • Helping you navigate postpartum care and find additional professional support when needed

Extra postpartum support is complementary to kraamzorg and is not a replacement for medical care, lactation support or specialized postpartum doula care.

For those who decide from week 32 onwards that extra support is needed.

Includes:

  • Same structure as the Support Package

  • This package is offered at a higher rate, as we go through the full programme in a much shorter timeframe

Payment & Accessibility

Payment for all my doula services is made in two instalments, with the final payment due no later than your 35th week of pregnancy.
The first invoice will be sent after the intake meeting; once payment is received, your spot is officially reserved.
